This introductory phase is to focus on understanding your preferences, tastes, and what inspires you in order to create a personalized design plan. The design team will consider various elements such as furniture, accessories, materials, lighting, walls, and flooring to develop a comprehensive concept. The plan is tailored to your budget and timeline, ensuring a detailed process covering everything from furniture selection to innovative design solutions.
finalizing the plan
In this phase, the gathered information from the planning stage is utilized to create initial design concepts, layouts, and material solutions. We will prepare floor plan options, considering room types, sizes, and window placement. Visual displays, including renderings, product options and selected materials, textures, and colors that harmonize with the envisioned outcome are generated to help you comprehend the design plan. This stage allows flexibility for adjustments.
the anticipation period
Once you approve the design, the process of purchasing products and materials begins. We collaborate closely with you to order all necessary materials, managing tasks such as completing invoices, tracking packages, and arranging replacements for any incorrect items received. The team is committed to securing high-quality products and ensuring their flawless delivery to your home. Timelines for this phase can vary from project to project and we will provide regular updates to keep you in the know on the progress and expectations.
the unveiling
The moment you’ve waited for, finally being able to enjoy the space! Once you’ve walked through the space, we request clients to provide their approvals in written form within 3 business days following the final reveal. This could be expressed through a text or email expressing satisfaction with the results. Alternatively, we may send a document for you to sign as a formal confirmation of your approval.
